Point of Sale (POS)

posCentral is a point-of-sale solution that caters for single and multi-store solutions.
The posCentral suite is sold in two packages:
- posCentral–Store: Several different versions are available to cater for the functional requirements of the site.
- posCentral–HeadOffice links together all the stores operations, co-ordinating updates and collating sales information for management reporting purposes.
Both posCentral–Store and posCentral–HeadOffice link with your Sage Pastel accounting software, allowing posCentral to specialise in point-of-sale, leaving the back-office accounting to the accounting software. Alternatively, posCentral–Store can be run as standalone software.

Banking Software

EZeBank has just been released by Platypus Software Pty Ltd, enabling users of Pastel Accounting software to run a complete set of modules around banking, from supplier payments through to customer receipting and bank deposit listing production.
- EZeBank supports all versions of Pastel, including Pastel 2005, Pastel 2004, V6.20, V6, V5.2 and Xpress.
- You can run EZeBank from within Pastel through the View menu (Pastel V6.0 or later).
- Wizard to assist with quick setting up of basic information.
- Handles multiple bank accounts (tied to Pastel cashbook entry types).
- Handles multiple companies.
- All information is stored within the Pastel company folder to ensure that this data is backed up using the standard Pastel back-up.
- Includes 3 modules: EZeReceipts, EZePayments and EZeBank.
- EZeReceipts: Customer and G/L receipting and bank deposit listing.
- EZePayments: Supplier payments wizard and cash management tool. Also prints fixed format supplier remittance containing information only of the payment made.
- EZeBank: Electronic banking for supplier payments. Currently supports over 10 different formats. Apply to us if you have a different electronic banking format in your region.
- Supports the following email environments:
- Microsoft Outlook Professional versions 97 to 2003 (preferred option).
- Microsoft MAPI – any email program that supports this interface.
- Microsoft CDO – works on any PC where Internet mail has been defined and set-up.
- Supports the following fax environments:
- Microsoft Fax (preferred option).
- Microsoft Outlook Professional versions 97 to 2003 – you must have installed a fax transport within Outlook.
- Winfax Pro version 9 and 10.
- Microsoft MAPI – any fax program that supports this interface.
